Dear Arlene & Family: I got an e-mail from Ken, notifying me of Rick's passing. I was saddened to get the news. During the time I worked for Rick, I found him to be one of the kindest, most gracious of men. And I can still hear his shouts of laughter, when his funny bone was tickled. He will be missed, not just by close family and friends, but by those of us whose life he passed through and to whom he made a heartfelt difference with his goodness. Shirly Ellis, Windsor, ON
