at Health Sciences North after complications with influenza B

Beloved wife of William “Bill” Cameron predeceased in 2017. Loving mother of Anne Cameron (Greg Pagan) and Kathy Cameron (Rene Noel). Cherished Grandma of Brandon and Trevor Rainville and Sam Pagan. Special Grandma of Jennifer and her children Christian and Kayden. Predeceased by her parents Francis and Lillian Poirier and brothers Ralph and Charlie. Survived by her brother Frank Poirier of British Columbia. Sadly missed by Bill’s children Robert predeceased (wife Carol) and Jim (wife Rita) and his grandchildren James and Jason (son Dylan) Cameron. She will also be missed by Troy Rainville, Jackie Jennings and her dear friends from nursing, The Minnow Lake Lions Club and her many social groups.

Rose worked as a nurse for over 40 years at various hospitals in Canada finishing off her career at the Algoma Hospital in Sudbury. In her own words, after retirement she “started living”. She had a full schedule each week which included movie nights with the girls, AandW for hamburgers, TOPS, Rummoli, plays at Cambrian Theatre, bus trips with the ladies to Toronto and Friday night family dinners. We are so lucky she left us with so many happy memories we will all cherish in our hearts forever. We will miss you.

Friends may gather on Wednesday from 2-5 and 7-9 pm and after 10am on Thursday.

Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium with interment alongside her husband in the Civic Cemetery.
