When I arrived as a new teacher in the early 80s at CVDCS, one of the first group of teachers to make sure I felt at home were the tech teachers. Alex, being one of them - what a hoot!! everyday was an adventure. Practical jokes were a way of doing business. Laughter filled our days. What I remember most about Alex was his sincere care about his students, the staff and the school. He went the extra mile to ensure people were taken care of. I know he kept me safe on the road.
