who passed away on Monday, September 11th, 2017
at Health Sciences North
at the age of 85.
Predeceased by the love of her life, her husband Tom, her parents Ed & Doris Archbold and her sisters Debby Connelly and Jacky Elik (Boris also predeceased). Left to mourn her passing are her sister Dianne Caswell (David predeceased), nieces and nephews; Ted Elik (Wendy), Marty Elik (Kelly), Darren Caswell (Suzanne Lapointe), Debby Caswell (Paul Leclair), Jeff Elik (Flo), Jessica Elik and great nieces and nephews; Joseph Caswell, Amanda Leclair , Nicholas Caswell and Brianna Leclair (Codey St. Martin).
The family would like to thank the emergency room staff and the 5th floor south tower team at Health Sciences North for their care and kindness towards Trudy.
To honour Trudy’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium with burial at the Strong Cemetery in Sundridge, Ontario at a later date. Donations to the Health Sciences North Foundation would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home.
