In Loving Memory
Of
Bebettino (Bob) Volpini

Who passed away peacefully with the family he loved so much at his side on Sunday, July 9th, 2017 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury, following a brief illness at the age of 93.

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Novemia (Paci). Loving father of Beverley Tarini (John) and Catherine predeceased. Cherished grandfather of Kristen Rogers (Brad), Christopher and great grandchild Riley Rogers.

Bebettino was born and raised in Copper Cliff, the youngest child of Nazareno and Ida Volpini. Brother to Lou (Pevato), Dora (Ricciatti) and Zenny (Pevato). In the early 40’s he joined the Royal Canadian Air Force, training to go over seas. Upon leaving he went into the hotel business and along with his brother in law, constructed the Parklane Hotel where he worked for most of the 1950’s and early 60’s. He then managed General Trucking out of Copper Cliff for a number of years until the real estate business caught his eye where he worked until his retirement, during which time he enjoyed hunting, curling and watching baseball and football. His later years were spent enjoying the company of his family and friends at the family property on St. Charles Lake. His sense of humour and sharp mind were always evident at family gatherings. Sadly missed by never forgotten by family, friends, nieces and nephews.
