Passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 18th, 2017
at Extendicare Falconbridge

Predeceased by his wife Ornella (nee Cecchetto) in 1992. Loving father of Tom (Shelley), Elisabeth (Trevor) and Stephanie (Jason). Cherished grandfather of Lium, Chiara, Mackenzie, Rachel, Logan, Ethan, Jonathan & Kayla. Predeceased by his parents John & Mary Pocrnick (nee Furlan). Brother of Mandy Sutter (Henry predeceased) of Sudbury, Lola Cormier (Harvey) both predeceased and John Pocrnick (Lily predeceased) of Hamilton. He was loved by many and will be dearly missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family would like to thank the staff at Extendicare Falconbridge for their care and compassion. At Tom’s wishes there will be no visitation or service. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Donations to Diabetes Canada or Extendicare Falconbridge Residents Council. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home.
