My condolences to Vera, Renée, Vincent and Grandchildren. I was very saddened to hear of Maurice’s passing. I was fortunate to meet Maurice through my cottage on the French River. He was often there to work or visit, however, he seldom came without bring me some of his great cooking and great stories. He was so very proud of his family and he always had a story or two of what they were up to. He often regaled me with stories of growing up on the family farm in Monetville. I think the memory of Maurice that I will most cherish is the warm, friendly smile as he approached my dock in his boat. Thanks for being a friend Maurice, rest in peace.
