Obituary for Richard Henrie

Richard Henrie

In Loving Memory
of
Richard Henrie
62 years

Rick left us Sunday March 12th, 2017 in the embrace of the love of his life, Denise Perrin-Henrie. He found hope in those he loved, and surrounded himself with family and friends whom he cherished. He made us laugh to the very end. We who loved him will miss him dearly.
To remember Rick is to remember his passion for life and he lived it wholeheartedly. A business man and a hard worker, he owned and operated a siding company, learning his trade at a young age, from his father. His true passion however was as a mobile food vendor. He was the Sausage King! A social butterfly, he found great pleasure chatting it up with people he met along the way. He also loved to play and did it well. He enjoyed the outdoors and was happiest on the golf course, on a fishing boat, or dusting powder on snowmobile trails. If you knew “Tricky Ricky” well, you know that B-I-N-G-O was just a call away! He shared this journey with special people and in return, Rick was a true friend. A Good Man!
He is loved eternally by his wife, his partner in life, his “Hon”, his best friend and his “angel” Denise Perrin-Henrie, to whom his devotion was absolute. Dearly missed by his mother,*Denise (nee Malette) Henrie and by his siblings. Predeceased by his father Constant “Connie” Henrie in 1987. Rick enjoyed a special bond with his second family, and will be truly missed by Béatrice and the entire Perrin clan. We will always hear his laughter at our dinner table. “How do you like me so far?” He will be missed by his family of friends, which he considered to be his brothers and sisters. Amigo will always be his favourite pooch.
“Life is a highway, I want to ride it all night long……” (Tom Cochrane)
