The family announces with great sorrow her passing at her residence with loving family at her side, Wednesday, January 18th, 2017 at the age of 66 years.
Beloved wife of Lynn Kenneth Mitchell. Loving mother of Cathy (Jason) Foster, Mark (Clayton) Barranger-Mitchell, and Mathew Mitchell. Proud Nanny of Dawson and Rebecca. Daughter of the late Arthur and Shirley (nee Peterson) Benvenuti. Dear sister of Sharon (Donald) Spence, Lorraine (Michael) St. Georges, Eric (Jocelyn) Benvenuti and Deanna (Luc) Larouche. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Barbara devoted her entire life to her family, being a Mother and Nanny. She was an avid cook and made sure no one was without and fed every hungry person she knew.

St. Alexander’s Church, 100 Gaudette Street, Chelmsford
Saturday, January 21st, 2017 at 10:30 A.M.
Burial will take place immediately following Mass at the Chelmsford Cemetery.
