Our deepest sympathies go out to Homer’s family and Friends. Homer was a true hero in the fight for workers’ health and safety and a true friend and mentor to countless Steelworker. Not just Steelworkers benefited from Homer’s relentless commitment, but in fact, many more workers were protected from and compensated for the ravages of occupational disease because of his work.
